Are all products exactly the same as in the photos?
Our products are handmade from natural materials, which makes each piece unique. While we try to show them as accurately as possible, slight variations in color, texture, or details may occur. Please note that colors can also appear slightly different due to lighting, camera settings, or screen displays. This is a natural part of working with handmade and organic materials.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You'll see the available options and rates at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
What are the shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium?
For orders shipped to:
The Netherlands – €6,95 (free shipping on orders over €100)
Belgium – €9,95 (free shipping on orders over €100)
All orders are shipped with care and include tracking. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
How fast will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time is approximately 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I choose which carrier ships my order?
At this time, we work with selected shipping partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. It’s not possible to choose a specific carrier at checkout. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to see what we can do!
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.
What if I want to return a product?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
